The present invention relates to a high-performance resin for coatings and its application in anticorrosive coatings. According to the patent abstract, the resin is primarily composed of C9 fraction, ionic liquid, and epoxy compounds. Through a scientifically designed formulation and reaction, a novel resin material is formed, which exhibits excellent compatibility with epoxy resins while providing both toughening and corrosion inhibition functions. In this composition, the aromatic structure of the C9 fraction imparts excellent rigidity to the resin, while the epoxy compounds introduce flexible segments, effectively balancing the hardness and toughness of the coating. The ionic liquid serves as both a reaction medium and a functional component, enhancing overall performance.
